Corporate Strategies were recently engaged by a company that had VAT & PAYE/NI arrears of circa £1.3m which had built up over a 9 month period. The team entered into negotiations with the large debt unit at HMRC, arranged for the winding up action to be held and were able to agree an 11 month repayment plan with minimal requirement for an upfront bullet payment. This resulted in the business being able to continue to trade as a going concern and saved the jobs of 300+ employees.

Following their success with HMRC, they are currently assisting management in securing up to £1m investment for the continued growth and expansion of the business.
